"My Blood Pressure Goes Up Every Year During Rapperholic Concert" - Sarkodie Reveals(VIDEO)

Multiple award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie, has revealed that the pressure and tension that comes with his annual Rapperholic concert make him sick every year.

The “Happy Day” hitmaker speaking at the official launch of this year’s edition of the Rapperholic concert said every year for the past eight years, he has been performing on the stage of Rapperholic, he gets sick on the day of the event.

According to him, his blood pressure goes up every year when he begins planning the event with his team and it even gets worse on the day.

“My BP goes up every Rapperholic and the secret is every Rapperholic on stage I am sick, every year, literary so for eight years I am always sick when I am on that platform. When you guys are looking at me and you guys are happy, I’m going through a whole lot…so this year, when they said we were doing Rapperholic, I started getting headaches but I have treated myself early...so I am fine…" he stated at the launch.

Rapper Sarkodie and his team officially launched Rapperholic 2020 concert which on Saturday 12 December, 2020 at the SkyBar, Villagio in Accra. 

Familiar faces present at the launch was TV star Nana Aba Anamoah, DJ Mensah, Kofi Amoabeng, Joselyn Dumas, Andy Dosty and a host of other entertainment industry players.

This year’s Rapperholic concert which would be partially virtual is scheduled for the Grand Arena at the Conference Centre on December 25, as usual.
