COVID-19: The First Vaccine Is Your Attitude - Dep. Info Minister Cautions Ghanaians

Deputy Information Minister, Pius Enam Hadzide has urged Ghanaians to continue adhering to the COVID-19 safety protocols.

Speaking on Peace FM's ''Kokrokoo'', he cautioned the citizenry against the transmission of the disease stressing it is very dangerous, so it behoves every person to protect himself or herself.

He reminded Ghanaians of the need to wear masks, use hand sanitizers and practice all the preventive measures to curb the disease.

He also stated that, although there are reports of vaccines for the disease, it is important for Ghanaians to know that the first vaccine is their attitude to prevent the disease.

''The first vaccine to curb the disease is our own attitudes. Indeed, the wearing of face masks may inconvenience some people but it's better than contracting it. The wearing of face mask is not punishment'', he stated.
