Ministerial Vetting: Abanga Lauds Dr Adutwum’s Outstanding Performance

NPP youth activist Mr Abanga Yakubu affectionately called in politics as ‘Abanga’ has commended minister-designate for education who doubles as Member of Parliament for the Bosomtwe constituency in the Ashanti region, Yaw Osei Adutwum for his outstanding performance when he faced the appointment’s committee of parliament last Thursday, 11th of February 2021.

According to Mr Abanga, Dr Adutwum was not only impressive in his presentation but he also demonstrated remarkable knowledge in the field of educational policies to the committee and Ghanaians adding; “Once again Dr Adutwum’s has proven to Ghanaians that his role as the deputy minister for education in the past administration wasn't a fluke.”

"As we all observed, Dr Adutwum took time to explain critically the issues affecting education while offering lasting solutions to some of the most critical subjects relating to education. With data, he explained carefully why schools do not need to close down despite the recent surge in Covid-19 cases while suggesting that the distribution of materials to schools should be done without discrimination.
 
“Most importantly his composure, speech, ideas and in-depth knowledge on the various issues brought up proved that the honourable minister is ready to step into the shoes of his predecessor," Abanga said.

Speaking further, NPP Abanga also emphasized the need for all appointees to support the president to succeed in his second term in office while wishing all appointees yet to face the appointment committee well.
