Funny Face Must Spend 6 Months In Psychiatric Hospital - Counselor Lutterodt Appeals

Counselor George Lutterodt says comedian Funny Face should remain at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital longer than the period given him.

Funny Face was arrested by the Police for unlawfully wielding a gun and firing shots in his residential area, Kasoa, after a near brawl between him and a bar attendant.

The comedian was arraigned before the Ofankor Circuit Court.

The presiding Judge ordered for him to be sent to the psychiatric hospital for mental treatment.

He was admitted in the psychiatric hospital over concerns that he was depressed and needed urgent therapy to heal from his current state.

The court instructed he spends two weeks in the mental facility but it has reportedly been extended to a month.

Speaking in an interview on Neat FM's ''Entertainment GH'' with Ola Michael, Counselor Lutterodt emphasized that Funny Face should stay in the psychiatric hospital for six (6) months for him to fully recover.

He also appealed for Funny Face to become an ambassador for mental health in Ghana.
