Ghanaian professor and lecturer at the University of Ghana, Professor Ransford Gyampo has completely rubbished the claims by renowned Ghanaian Gospel musician, Sonnie Badu that he acquired 3 degrees in four months.

Professor Ransford Gyampo said in an interview with popular media personality Nana Aba Anamoah on her Starr Chat on Starr FM, said that it is impossible for one to be a genuine PhD holder in 4 months and accused Sonnie Badu of lying to Ghanaians.

He blamed this on the ignorance of Ghanaians and emphatically stated that Pastor Sonnie Badu who is the founder and General Overseer of the Rockhill International Chapel spewed absurdity.

“It is an absurdity that anybody would want to throw out there. Some of these people, they say these things because they know a lot of you people are ignorant…maybe it’s not the PhD that I did some,” Gyampo said.

“Whoever is saying that he got a degree, masters and PhD in 4 months, tell him that me, Ransford Gyampo, I’m saying he’s spewing an absurdity! It’s not possible,” he added.
