Golden Age Creative Arts Awards Haillie Sumney Wins 'Best Actress Of The Year'

Ghanaian actress and philanthropist, Miss Haillie Sumney has been adjudged as the ‘Best Actress of the Year 2020’ at the Golden Age Creative Arts Awards which was held at the Golden Tulip Hotel.

The gorgeous talented actress is acknowledged for her hard work and consistency in the movie industry.

"Last year was a great year aside from the global pandemic stepping in, I am grateful for the award. I appreciate the organizers for appreciating my hard work and also giving me a space to highlight my works. she stated.

Haillie Sumney was the first to feature in the movie as the lead character in a movie titled “A woman Scorn” which has given her great recognition and won her the Award. Hailliote Sumney is a Canadian-born Ghanaian actress, brand influencer and TV personality.

She has interviewed celebs such as actor Boris Kodjoe, Michael Blackson, Becca, Stonebwoy and others. She is the female brand ambassador for London-based shoe brand Jesu Segun alongside Stonebwoy, who is the male ambassador. In 2019 she was selected as the host for 4Syte TV's BET Awards red carpet.

She made her acting debut starring in a TV series, Heels and Sneakers which was produced by Yvonne Nelson. She has also featured in Lagos Fake Life, a movie produced by Mike Ezuruonye.
