Salah Kweku Kalmoni, the man with many businesses and internationally connected has been fingered for allegedly being behind a disclaimer on a competing estate developer, Net 36 Vista.

Though the company Kalmoni is listed as a Director, Lakeside Estate, is never mention in the directional features of Net 36 Vista, managers of Lakeside Village, the company yesterday caused it lawyer, Agyapong Mensah Legal Consult to publish a paid-for advert in one of the online news portals that it does not have anything to do with Lakeside Village.  

As swiftly as the disclaimer appeared on the portal, the General Manager of Net 36 Vista, fired a rejoinder to the online news portal (name withheld) urging them to take down the libelous publication or risk a legal suit within 24 hours.

“Our company, Net 36 Vista has nothing to do with Agri-Cattle Lakeside Estate Limited and we find such FAKE disclaimer as pure envy and evil by their CEO, Salah Kweku Kalmoni,” the statement stated.
