Melania Trump was nicknamed 'Rapunzel' by Secret Service agents because she rarely left the White House, former press secretary Stephanie Grisham claims in her upcoming memoir. 

In the excerpt from the memoir 'I'll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw at the Trump White House,' she said the Secret Service agents looked forward to working with Melania and requested to be on her detail because it gave them more time with their families, The Independent reported. 

Grisham said she stayed in the White House with her parents and son Baron and worked on an photo album that Grisham described was like a second child to her.  

She claimed Melania spent two hours recreating a ribbon cutting for the White House tennis pavilion because she did not get the right shot in previous attempts.

During the January 6 Capitol riot, Grisham claimed that Melania worked on a photo shoot of a rug, Grisham previously claimed.
