The Convention People’s Party (CPP) has reached an out-of-court settlement in a matter, in which the validity of the election of its Chairperson, Nana Akosua Frimpoma Sarpong Kumakuma, is being challenged.

Two members of the Party, Abroni Thomas and Richard Kweku Annan are challenging the validity of the election of the Chairperson.

At the Court, lawyer for the CPP indicated that they had reached an out-of-court settlement, but the court could not adopt the terms because of an IT challenge.
