The ‘The Badder Than’ singer made an appearance in Manhattan federal court where she pleaded not guilty during the judicial proceedings and was released and placed under home detention with a GPS tracker via an ankle monitor plus $500,000 bond.
She was obliged to wear an ankle monitor with GPS monitoring as part of the terms of her release.
Hajia 4 Real going live on TikTok and Instagram was in contravention of the bail condition, as she was not supposed to be seen publicly, either virtually or physically, and was also not allowed to even make a subtle statement about herself until after court proceedings on her case.
This conclusively suggests that although Hajia 4Real was trying to inveil herself to her fans, she could have shot herself in the foot by breaking the bail condition, which could result in stricter punishment, including but not limited to the seizing of her electronic gadgets and the prohibition of her accessing social media.
