One Best Thing To Happen To Ghana Is Having Bawumia As President - Dennis Miracles

Communications Director for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia's campaign, Dennis Miracles Aboagye has implored Ghanaians to retain the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in power to continue the developmental projects that the incumbent government under the leadership of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has begun and is doing to improve the lives of Ghanaians.

Dennis Miracles argued it is about time Ghanaians allowed for consistency in governance stressing voting for a different party and person to be at the helm of affairs will slow down Ghana's development.

He reminded the nation of the consequences of changing this government, stating it means the opposition party will discontinue the good works of the New Patriotic Party and send Ghana back into the dark days.

Dennis Miracles appealed to the electorates to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who has proven beyond doubt that he is competent and capable to take Ghana to the next level of development.

" . . one of the best things that will happen to us going into the future would be to have Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as President of this country," he accentuated.

Mr. Miracles, who doubles as the Director of Local Government Services at the Office of the President, further alluded to a mistake that Ghanaians made in 2008 where they voted against the NPP, thereby ushering in the Atta Mills/Mahama administration which, he noted, only came to destroy the fundamental structures that Ex-President Kufour had laid down to enhance Ghana's economic progress.

"It is about time we gave an opportunity for us to have a certain long haul of consistency in what we have begun to do and not truncate it. We made a mistake in 2008 when we disallowed President Kufour's government to continue their good works. Ex-President Kufour actually started fixing our fundamentals; in fact even in terms of our education, he commenced it.

"He ensured basic education became actually free and ensured it increased enrollment and also provided solid infrastructure at that time to make sure that a lot more Ghanaians will get educated to improve our skill base as a country. If you could remember, he also improved our financial sector...", he said during "Kokrokoo" discussion show on Peace FM while canvassing for Dr. Bawumia to win the December 7 polls.
