ARNOLD Schwarzenegger's wife has filed for divorce � paving the way for the end to their 25-year marriage. Maria Shriver, 55, has cited irreconcilable differences in the documents, which were drawn up six weeks after it was revealed the Terminator star had fathered a child with another woman.Shriver now stands to get half of the actor's estimated �300million fortune after it is thought they wed without a pre-nup. The pair tied the knot in 1986 and several of Schwarzenegger's greatest hit films � including Predator, True Lies and Terminator 2 � were made during their marriage. Documents filed when Schwarzenegger, 63, left office as California governor in January show he also has at least �5million worth of interests in entities. He also still holds rights to intellectual property from his days as a fitness guru. The couple announced their split on May 9. A week later Schwarzenegger admitted he had fathered a child with Mildred Baena � a former member of his household staff. Baena is thought to have broken down and confessed about the lad, now 13, after Maria quizzed her. The boy was said to have always stood out from his brothers and was born just a week after Schwarzenegger and Maria's first son Christopher. Despite the fact his famous dad lavished gifts on him and even took him on holiday, the lad never knew the movie star was his father. It has been suggested Baena's husband Rogelio cottoned on quicker and filed for divorce three weeks after his birth because he realised the boy was not his. Baena worked for Arnie for 20 years and the star had also previously employed her mum and sister. Schwarzenegger spokesman Adam Mendelsohn refused to comment. Shriver's attorney Laura Wasser was unavailable for comment as was her spokesman Matthew DiGirolamo.
