CONTROVERSIAL singer Chris Brown has been branded a "neighbour from hell" by other residents of his luxury apartment block. They claim the 22-year-old R&B star - who beat up ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - plays deafening rap music as he parties day and night.
Brown is also accused of continually leaving his car in two disabled parking bays at the West Hollywood block, and racing dogs along hallways at all hours.
Police were allegedly called after the initials "CB" were carved on the lift door. Fed-up residents are threatening to tow his car away if he keeps using the disabled bays. But Grammy winner Brown's lawyers say the deeds prove he owns them.
