The Ayew brothers and Udinese duo of Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu and Kwadwo Asamoah were all in action in a pre-season tournament in France. Prodigy Jordan Ayew started for Marseille and Kwadwo Asamoah was named in the Udinese first XI. Agyemang-Badu and Andre Ayew were all second half substitutes for their respective clubs. Udinese won the match 2-1 in the Bayonne tournament with Asamoah setting up Antonio Di Natale with a long range tailored pass for the winner. The Italian side had already beaten Bordeaux 3-1.
