Lawyers of dismissed Aduana Stars coach Herbert Addo are contesting the wrongful termination of his contract. The former Premier League champions sacked the ex-Asante Kotoko boss and his second-in-command for dereliction of duty. But it is widely believed a break in relationship between the coach and the club�s acting Chief Executive Kofi Manu. Manu embarrassed the coach in a Premier League meeting against Medeama SC by preventing him from effecting a substitution in the full glare of spectators. But coach Addo has hinted he could take legal action against the club over unpaid monies due him. �His dismissal was wrong because how can you sack somebody by claiming he neglected his post,� his lawyer Amoah Larbi told MTNFootball.com. �We think that was wrong and so if they want to dispense with his services, they must pay what is due him and then he will continue with his career. �Otherwise there are legal ways that we can follow to ensure, he get what rightfully his for the wrongful termination of his contract.� The dethroned league champions have appointed Romanian Cioaba Aristica as their new coach.
