Fiorentina have signed 17-year-old Ghanaian defender Nii Nortey Ashong from Triestina on loan with the option to buy.
Ashong�s will play for La Viola Primavera (youth side) and will join Ghanaian yougsters Daniel Kofi Agyei, Maxwell Boadi Acosty and Salifu Amidu.
The centre-back was born in Accra and moved to Italy.
Ashong moved together with Italy Under-20 international right wing-back Davide Bariti.
