The Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications which represents the operators said they would continue to register the SIM cards even after the deadline. In an interview, President of the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications, Kwaku Sakyi Addo intimated that we can continue registering after the 30th of September those that are not registered and new SIM cards that we are selling to subscribers would have to be registered first.
