New Edubiase United coach Anthony Commey has lost his wife, GHANAsoccernet.com has learnt.
Stella Ama Commey�s death occurred at the Tema General Hospital on Sunday morning after a short illness.
Commey was excused from camp hours before their opener against Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium.
�This is a bitter pill for Anthony. He spoke to her the night before only to be told she was no more the next day,� Edubiase Deputy Chief Executive Alex Ackumey told GHANAsoccernet.com
�Hopeful we will return to the bench this weekend against Heart of Lions.�
Assistant coach Michael Osei took temporary charge in their 3-2 win at the Baba Yara Stadium.
