A scheme to reward and promote Volta Region�s finest musicians is to be launched on Sunday, Mr Victor Kwawukume, Communication�s Director of Kafli Events Consult, a non-governmental organization initiating the project told the GNA at Ho.
He said the project which is in collaboration with Professor Komla Amoaku�s Institute of Music and Development, would focus.
