Mr. Prince-Joseph Ayiku, Deputy Managing Director (DMD) of Lakeside Estate Limited, has re-affirmed his outfit�s resolve to continually provide the country with decent houses that are also affordable. Mr. Ayiku gave the assurance in Accra during the official launching of the Lakeside Community eight (8) developments situated at New Legon in the Adentan Municipality of the Greater Accra Region. �You will all agree with me that everything new -- be it a person, organisation, service or product -- needs introduction. It is essential that the world is made aware of its existence,� he said, adding: �It is on this premise that we are launching the Lakeside Community 8 developments.� Mr. Ayiku disclosed that this is the latest phase of Lakeside Estate, and it is replete with facilities one would desire in a modern community. Explaining that Maslow�s theory of motivation states that when one need is satisfied, another need arises, Lakeside has realised this need -- and with this theory in mind, has assumed a new dimension of developing a prime site with all the excellent facilities in place. The project, he added, will provide decent accommodation fitted with modern facilities such as gated-communities, potable water and electricity, tarred roads, school, shopping mall, petrol filling station and the provision of all-time security services. The launch of the Lakeside Community 8 project coincided with the 10th anniversary celebration of the company, he continued. Mr. Ayiku recommended this community to all Ghanaians living both at home and abroad, that they own properties in this modern development. Dignitaries who attended the launch of the project included the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Adenta, Nubyl Kakra Vanlare; Mr. Salem Kalmoni, the MD of Japan Motors Trading Company Ltd; Mr. Nouhad Kalmoni, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Silver Star Auto Ltd; Mr. Salah Kalmoni, Director of Lakeside Estate; Col. (rtd) Timothy Barnes, Managing Director of Lakeside; and Mr. Lawrence De-Souza, the Marketing Manager of Lakeside Estate Ltd.
