The Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Rights Protection Agency Kofi Kapito is alleged to have physically assaulted Kwame Baah Nuako, Asante Kotoko�s Special Consultant.
A Happy FM report indicates that the grey-haired tough talking man launched a verbal attack on the former Kotoko PRO at the Puma Shop at the Accra Mall on Wednesday.
The report revealed that the �fight� broke out after the CPA boss, a former Kotoko management member, verbally attacked Baah Nuako and Kotoko Chief Executive K.K. Sarpong and accused them of being the brains behind his exit from the Red Army.
The report added that Kapito and Baah Nuako engaged in hot verbal exchanges with the former accusing Baah Nuako and Dr Sarpong of embezzling Kotoko�s funds.
Thereafter, Baah Nuako lodged a complaint at the Airport Police Station who later invited the accused for interrogation.
Kapito denied the assault in an interview saying, �I didn�t slap him, have you seen an old man beating up a young man before? Considering my grey hair, do you think I can beat him?�
