Berekum Chelsea Draw Liberian Side LISCR In Champions League

Ghanaian champions Berekum Chelsea have drawn Liberian side LISCR of next year�s Caf Champions League preliminary round qualifier. The Debutants will visit the Antoinette Tubman Stadium between the weekends of 17-19 February for the first leg clash. The return leg is scheduled for the weekend between 2-4 March at home. Liberian International Ship Corporate Registry Football Club was founded in 1995 and have won the LFA Cup twice. If they advance, Berekum Chelsea will set up a clash with North African giants Raja Casablanca of Morocco in the next qualifying round. The first leg tie is scheduled for the weekends of 23-25 March and 6-8 April. Chelsea will be set to vie for a place in the money zone if they go far and beat Sony de Ela Nguema (Equatorial Guinea)/Dolphin (Nigeria)/CotonSport (Cameroon) in the 1/8th stage. The Berekum-based side are currently in the top four of the Ghana Premier League.
