Premier League side, Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed the appointment of Togbui Afede XIV as chairman of the club's new reconstituted board. The investment banker takes over following changes in the club�s shareholding structure after it went public last year to raise GHS 2. 5 million. Togbui Afede is now the single majority shareholder in the club with nearly 40 percent stake. Other persons on the twelve-member board include, Managing Director of Stanbic Bank Ghana, Alhasan Adani and the current CEO of the club, Fred Crenstil.
