Global Professional Achievers Honours Kofi Amoakohene

Global Professional Achievers (GPA) on December 16, 2011 honoured Kofi Amoakohene for playing an active role in promoting and encouraging creativity, innovation, dedication and excellence in Ghana�s top business and professional community. The Awards, held annually in the United Kingdom (UK), serves as a platform for motivation, networking and identifying positive role models for aspiring young people of African descent. Kofi Amoakohene, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Scratch Studios and Scratch Group of companies, won the GPA Entertainment Award 2011. Last year�s GPA Awards was of particular importance as it marked 10 years of consistently showcasing achievement, professional development and capacity building. GPA used the awards ceremony to celebrate a decade of existence. Kofi Amoakohene, who is one of the strong pillars in the music industry in Ghana, has produced the work of a number of Ghanaian music super stars which include Ben Brako, Paullette, Owura, Freeman Ame, Steve Bedi, among others. He has also worked with international stars like Hugh Masekela, Kouame Brou Dje Oswald, Osibisa group and a host of others.
