Sulley Muntari will settle for a place on the bench when Ghana meets Guinea in a crucial Nations cup game on Wednesday. The Black Stars battle the Syli Nationale in the final Group D clash in Franceville.
The newly-signed AC Milan player was spotted wearing a substitute bib during the team�s final training session on Tuesday � giving a strong indication he will be benched for today�s tie.
Muntari has looked less convincing in the previous two games at the Nations Cup and his ineffectiveness was vaguely manifested when Charles Takyi came on in the last game against Mali to do a better job.
Head coach Goran Stevanovic however insist he is satisfied with the output of the 27 year old but admitted the feisty midfielder is still waiting for his unique moment in the tournament.
His place will be taken by Dnipro defender Isaac Inkoom who started Ghana�s opening game at the 2012 Nations Cup against Botswana.
Meanwhile defender Isaac Vorsah will also be handed his first start at the tournament.
The lanky Hoffenheim player who has been Ghana�s first choice defensive pair with John Mensah had to sit out the opening two games as he was serving a two-match suspension following a red-card he attracted during Ghana�s final qualifier against Sudan.
He is favoured ahead of Joanathan Mensah who started in Saturday�s win over Mali and will now pair with John Boye at the heart of Ghana�s defence.
The Black Stars go into Wednesday�s game with a three-point advantage over their closest rivals.
