Michael Jackson Doctor Refused Early Release

MICHAEL Jackson's former personal doctor Conrad Murray has been denied an early release from jail in case he flees from the US. A judge yesterday turned down his legal team's request to release him while he appeals against his involuntary manslaughter conviction. He was jailed for four years for administering an overdose of anaesthetic propofol to the singer in June 2009. At Los Angeles Superior Court, Judge Michael Pastor said there was a risk of Murray, 59, leaving the country.
