Telecom giant, MTN Ghana has dismissed suggestions linking challenges with their network to poor investment.
This comes after several criticisms that MTN Ghana is pumping too many resources into promotions and branding rather than improving service quality.
According to, MTN it has invested 311 million cedis to improve network quality and carry out some expansion works this year.

Speaking to Citi Business News, the Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Rahul De said,� It is part of our learning curve, we have been consistently putting money behind our network �.
�We want to give the best experience to our consumers, for those reasons we have upgrade a lot of our sites from 7.2 to 21 and further to 42, we are one of the very few Telcos in this country to have 42 MBPS and 21 MBPS towers� , he added.
