Some 15 persons have died from coronavirus in Nigeria.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) made this known in a tweet on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
It says deaths increased from 299 as of June 1 to 314 as of June 2, 2020.
Also, Nigeria recorded additional 241 new confirmed cases of the virus.
As a result, its confirmed cases have risen to 10,819.
Some 3,239 people have so far been discharged, it tweeted.
