The Government of Ghana through the Ministry of Works and Housing has initiated a revised National Affordable Housing Programme dubbed: ‘My Home My Peace’, which adopts a pragmatic approach to address the affordability gap and improve access to housing for Ghanaians.
In view of this, H.E the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will launch the National Affordable Housing Programme and perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pokuase Affordable Housing Project on Tuesday 1st August 2023 at 9:30 am at the project site, located at the Stadium Road-Amasaman.

Hmmmmm... What stock taking and assessment of all previous so-called affordable housing projects have been made before rolling out yet another housing project. I am not too enthused about this project, especially when the AFFORDABILITY GAP will still not be bridged
