Three suspected drug dealers arrested in a police swoop in Hohoe recently have been remanded into prison custody by a Hohoe Circuit court for possessing dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemp.
The suspects, Isaac Komla Atitso, Koku Adjah and Anthony Kunyah, whose plea were not taken, would re-appear on September 16.
Police Chief Inspector Samuel Gbedemah told the court that the suspects were arrested in a police swoop on August 26 to clampdown on criminals and drug dealers.
Three were granted police enquiry bail.
