Businessman Alfred Woyome would appear at the Supreme Court and the financial division of the Accra Fast Track High Court on Tuesday.
The Financial Division of the Fast Track High Court would resume hearing of the case involving the controversial payment of GHC 51 million to businessman Alfred Woyome.
Five prosecution witnesses have so far testified in the case including former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Vanlare Dosoo and Former Minister of Finance, Yaw Osafo-Maafo.
The Supreme Court would also resume hearing of the suit filed by former Attorney General, Mr. Amidu against Alfred Woyome, Waterville Holdings and the Attorney General (AG) over the payment of judgement debts.
Martin Amidu is seeking from the court, an order to be directed at Mr. Woyome and Waterville to refund to the Republic of Ghana, all sums of money paid to them severally or jointly upon or as a result of the unconstitutional conduct of the AG.
