An Accra High Court will this morning make a ruling on Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo's application for the case brought against him by Justice Kpegah, to be thrown out for lack of merit.
The former Supreme Court judge is accusing the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer for the 2012 election of impersonation and holding himself out as a lawyer, when evidence available to him proves otherwise.
Justice Francis Kpegah failed to show up in court the last time the case was called due to ill health.
In an earlier interview, Justice Kpegah gave indications he was going to convince the Chief Justice to allow live broadcast of the case due to merits of the case.
A recent document cited by citifmonline.com from the General Legal Council however, confirms Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addos enrollment details on the roll of lawyers.
