The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ade Coker has advised the Communications Directorate for the New Patriotic Party that inasmuch as they have a right to feed their supporters with information they should ensure their work remains in a boundary.
He was reacting to claims by the Communication team of the New Patriotic Party that the disappointing performance of Tsatsu Tsikata in his cross-examination of the petitionersďż˝ main witness, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has forced the NDC to come out and help salvage the image of their lead counsel by appealing to Ghanaians to have patience with the lawyer.
Ade Coker in an interview with Peacefmonline.com made it clear that it was inappropriate for the communications team to make such an allegation when it was clear that the National Democratic Congress, won last years election in an unarguable and undisputed manner.
In his remarks, he alluded to the concern being raised by the NPP team but insisted that their point about Mr. Tsikatas mode of cross examination didnt make their claim valid.
I am not a lawyer and I dont profess to be a lawyer so I cant give interpretation to what is happening in court. The people raising red flags are they lawyer? I dont think so...let the case in the court continue, he suggested.
