Voting for Regional Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is over.
However, reports received say delegates in one constituency in the Upper East Region (UER) have not been able to vote.
Filla Fm in Tamale's Reporter, Kwabena Ntow says the Electoral Commission (EC) in the Bongo constituency prevented the delegates from voting.
According to the EC, they were not involved during the constituency elections of the party; hence they cannot supervise the Regional election.
At the end of the election, Mr Adams Mahama, a known contractor and confidante of the late Vice-President Aliu Mahama, emerged as the Chairman of the party with 153 votes.
