President Mahama has left Accra for New Delhi, India, to participate in the 3rd India Africa Forum Summit.
The Summit will enable leaders of the continent to hold consultations with the Indian government at the higest political level and give a new thrust to the existing relations.
President Mahama will hold private bilateral talks with Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
He will also meet with the Chairman and MD of India’s EXIM Bank and address an investment and entrpresenurial forum. The President will also interact with the Ghanaian Community in New Delhi and grant audience to CEOs of a number of leading Indian businesses.
Also on the delegation are the Foreign Minister, Hanna S. Tetteh (MP) and Fianance Minister, Seth E. Terkper.
