Tension has rocked the headquarters of the opposition New Patriotic Party in Accra after some angry party members stormed the premises to distract a National Executive Committee meeting underway at the party headquarters.
The aggrieved youth are reportedly against the meeting.
The cutlass wielding youth who thronged the head office Wednesday reportedly chased journalists who had converged at the premises with cutlasses and also smashed vehicles.
The police have been dispatched to the scene.
The NEC of the NPP is today meeting over the litigation on the the Korle Klottey constituency primaries currently being settled out of court.
