President John Dramani Mahama has finally broken silence over the recent polls that put him behind the opposition, NPP. Reports show that the NPP is leading the polls by 53.24% as against 44.93% by the NDC.
The NPP held a press conference Thursday morning declaring themselves victors of the election despite not having a certified results from the Electoral Commission. Some NPP supporters across the country have already started celebrations and jubilations so should the EC declare the NDC victors after the entire coalition, there could be a bit of a mishap in the country.
Incumbent, John Dramani Mahama said this afternoon that the NDC would accept whatever results the EC declares urging all Ghanaians to keep calm and wait for the EC’s certified results.
He urged that all Ghanaians uphold the constitution above all else saying “we have more to lose if there’s any instability in the country”.
According to him, the NDC is also doing its own coalition to compare with the figures released by the EC and would accept the outcome of the election, positive or negative.

you have done ur part and ghanains salute that but all they want is change so they say twaso, no other choice dey than to accept the outcome to come soon. whiles NPP's were praying massively at their rally, u were dancing to mahama paper at the stadium. The battle is still the Lord's
The over voting in 2012 was far far from the one they are talking of in the ashanti region but its all cos they didnt get the 1million votes they want to cover their shame. change ooo den den
I think u were born in 2014 the over voting in 2012 is far far from what they are saying and i wonder how those over voting came cos that was the places they were vigilantly checking , but my dear the end results wont turn out that no one got the 50+1 which will bring the round off, all they can do is to go to court. i wonder where their operation 1million votes passed
Mr Mahamah, we all know you are trying very hard to find a reason to create instability in order to hang on to power but God is watching you. You try it and your fucture will be like Gbabo. People of Ghana are really disappointed in you. Upon all your sweet talks and perceived humble nature, you are now toying with the people's heart and emotions. What a scam.
Am happy NDC is resisting NPP lies, fabrication and falsehood. I won't be surprise if EC ask Ghanaians to go and vote again. The over voting is serious and to much. In some polling stations in Ashante region the over voting alone is more than those that voted. eeeeeeeeeeeeh God is indeed watching.
