The Founder and Leader of the Ebenezer Miracle Worship Centre, Rev. Dr. Prophet Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom, has attributed the emphatic victory of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December 7 elections to the hard work and humility of the party's regional chairman, Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.
The popular 'Man of God' insists that Chairman Wontumi's ability to mobilize spiritual as well as physical support towards the party's campaign was the secret behind the NPP's success.
Giving a sermon last Sunday, Prophet Adarkwa Yiadom, who was one of the religious leaders to be acknowledged by the President-elect, Nana Akufo Addo, during his acceptance speech, described Chairman Wontumi as a phenomenon and a great asset to the NPP.
"The NPP should know that they achieved this victory because of that young man Wontumi. His conscious efforts at mobilizing spiritual support for Nana Addo and the NPP counted a lot," Prophet One observed.
In the heat of the electioneering campaign, the NPP regional chairman, as part of his campaign strategy, engaged various churches and religious bodies to seek the face of God for the party's Presidential Candidate and his running mate.
The NPP regional chairman and his team also visited several churches and embarked on a novelty community rallies to preach Nana Addo’s message of hope and transformation of the Ghanaian community.
And according to the Founder and Leader of the Ebenezer Miracle Worship Centre, he believes such moves contributed significantly to the victory of the NPP.
He has therefore cautioned the party not to relent in efforts of making God the centre of their activities by continuing to give recognition to the church and credible Men of God in the country.

it would have been surprising to Ghanaians if the so called prophet 1 and Obinim had supported anyone aside Nana Addo. it would be too huge a burden to expect them to see past. it would be nice though if they did not drag their churches into the political arena but alas, we speak of such churches as property. let me ***barred word*** now before somebody's wife comes to kakadro me in my dream.
These fake prophets should s-hut up and stop enriching themselves through false prophesies.I hope the learned Nana Addo will not fall prey to these fake prophets.I hope they were just used as vote catchers because of their followers. So called men of God who trade insults live on radio.Owusu Bempah only profess death and disasters and will be coming out with ridiculous prophesies now that he is been recognize by some politicians.Poor Africa
