The National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams has rejected the cars that were taken from his residence at Tema by some National Security operatives.
His refusal to accept the cars comes on the back that he has lodged a complaint at the Police Station and that it should be sent there.
It was reported that the National Security Minister, Hon Albert Kan Dapaah directed that the five cars be returned after he has called to apologised to Mr Adams stating that the operation was not officially sanctioned.
But speaking in an interview with Kasapa News, the care taker in Mr Adams’ house who happened to be his cousin, Nana Kofi Adams said some government officials brought back one pick up and a Landcruiser but he asked them to send the cars to the Tema regional Police command where he has lodged an official complaint.
According to him, his checks at some police stations indicate that the cars have not been sent to any police station as discussed.
‘Last night (Thursday) at about 11:pm, I saw government officials at our gate with one pick up and a landcruiser, I asked them the remaining of the three cars because they took five cars away, they told me their colleagues were on their way with the other cars, for the sake of inventory, I told them to send the cars to the police station because I have lodged a complaint there. And that I cannot accept the cars in the house. But I am just coming from the Ashaiman barrier police station and I was told no car has been sent there, so as I talk to you, I don’t know where the cars are,’ he explained.

Anokwa! The impudence of the boye boye of Rawlings's boye boye! How can this chief ewie have 12 cars on his premises on Friday only for seven to vanish by Monday?
Kofi Adams has been caught pants down! They have challenged him to submit the original documents of the cars and it is a headache for him. He is nothing but a thieef. 5 cars? Aba! this is not nice and should not be allowed.
JJ completed NS .....stop the ***barred word*** ns issue
THEY ARE NOT YOUR PROPERTIES.TH1EF aka JOLOR, GO BACK TO BENIN.
The biggest question is how much does kofi Adams earns every month as his salarly.Who is kofi Adams to own such expensive cars. These are some the reason why ndc was going all out to win the elections so that all this corruption will not come out of light. He went to Dubai to hide the country money.God will curse you all.Dubai,is where the main boss owns hotels and etc.
The wings of these stealers will soon be clipped. The moment a couple of them are taken to court on corruption charges or causing financial loss to the state, they will all shrink and quiet down.
And they call this kriminal RAT the NDC national organiser ; do you think such kriminal species can rule Ghana again !!!!!!!;all NDC party officials should be stooped and the documents for the cars demanded by the police ; how can Kofi Adams accept these cars again ; the cars were stolen cars in the first place ; the question is if he return from Dubai ; can this NDC ayigbe thiff man prove owenership of these cars ; LIAR AND A GREEDY BASTARD; and they tell me he was working for JJ Rawlings ; to me nothing strange about that because when JJ Rawlings was going he stole 10 cars from the state ; THESE EWE/AYIGBE THIFFS !!!!!!; GET KOKU BECAUSE THE CAR HE DRIVES DOES NOT BELONG TO HIM !!!!!!!!
Hmmmmm, infact it is illegal to temper with a vehicles chassis number. So even if the cars were genuinely bought by Kofi Adams (i doubt though) there is a serious question to answer. Secondly he has to answer how he acquired all his wealth including the numerous buildings and not only the vehicles and that should include all his payslips and tax returns. hahahahahaha Kofi Adams u lie bad
There are several of his kind in the NDC. They started ***barred word*** the cars the very week they lost power. Some of the vehicles were sent as far as to Brong Ahafo Region. A car dealer friend mentioned to me that one of them has promised to get him some cars to sell, thi.ev.es. Am waiting at the blind side of the friend to report it to the police. You stand on platforms and speak against the very acts you engage yourselves in.
Interesting times. Kofi please go to the police station with the original documents for your cars.
