Obrefo or what you call yourself. Stop being diabolic. do you know where Prof. Gyan-Baffour comes from? if you are ***barred word*** of the natives of Brong-Ahafo region, do not exacerbate your own situation over social media.
Today is a sad day for Ahafo. This is the first time Ahafo part of the Brong Ahafo and Ashante Regions have been snubbed for a ministerial appointments; very sad indeed. In the last regime, we had two ministers and a deputy minister. One of the ministers, Collins Dauda was a substantive minister. All the nine constituencies voted massively for NPP and Nana Addoh. We have seven NPP MPs from this area. Too sad he couldn't find anybody or an MP from these constituencies for even one appointment. This area as a whole is way far bigger in terms of population and land mass and lots of human resources all over the globe than the Akyem area but yet, we got no love and respect from Nana Addo and NPP. How many appointees came from these small Akyem area? The record is there for everybody to see. I know that only one person Mr. Owusu Brempong, a businessman was gien a serious consideration. The best could offer was the Deputy Brong Ahafo Region Minister. A deputy to do what? To attend funerals to represent the Regional minister? I know that gentleman and he could do more to help than what was offered. My source tells me, he politely turned it down. I don't know what and how they're going to sell Nana in the area for the next 3 to 4 years. This year is crucial to we the Ahafo area people because of the proposed new region for the area. We needed at least one strong voice to rally around in Nana's administration to make sure we are heard from our own perspective instead of through Sunyani or Kumasi. This voting without representation period. Ahofo, the grand sons and grand daughters of brave hunters never forget.
