NPP’s Obiri Boahen says whoever is calling for the reinstatement of the headmaster of Tempane Senior High School who was suspended by the Ghana Education Service (GES) to go to court or forever ‘hold their peace’.
He promised to challenge any individual legally who seeks redress in court over Dominic Ndebu Amualale’s suspension.
“The headmaster erred, he didn’t do well, and he flouted the Ghana Education Service rules and regulations. Those who are saying that they want the reinstatement of the headmaster can go to court,” he said.
The Headmaster of Tempane Senior High School, Dominic Ndebu Amualale, was suspended by the Upper East Regional Directorate of the GES for allowing the National Democratic Congress’ National Organiser aspirant, Joshua Akamba access to the school to engage students negatively on government’s flagship Free Senior High School policy last week.
The video which went viral has been condemned by many whiles others think Akamba did the right thing for exposing the NPP.
But the Deputy General Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Obiri Boahen in an interview with Citi FM maintained that the headmaster erred “big time” for allowing such interaction.
He also challenged the headmaster to go to court if he thinks otherwise.
“The headmaster himself as an individual can seek redress in court,” he said.

I like this man Obiri Boahen. He's such a brave man. What are firebrand.
Please note that JDM is from a privileged home. The father was a minister in I think Nkrumah's government.
My question is, who gave Akamba that approval to talk to those girls and is that school for only girls or mixed school and if mixed where were the boys? are those girls ndc party delegates? if the headmaster has been suspended it is the best thing for the GES to do so that our High Schools are not turned into political rally grounds. Akamba must also be punished equally for not going according to the constitution of his own party and the constitution of our country! this shows the kind of ign**oran people calling themselves politicians in the ndc. Politics is not for poor people to make money, politics is for rich and hardworking people who are already self made and have sense and wisdom to help build a nation, not such people who can't even take care of their skin and body and taking politics as rather needing physical strength and talking from their rectum with sh*t coming out. Where in this world are poor unemployed people doing politics to the extent of holding executive positions in the parties only in ndc and making our politics in Ghana look so dirty and unhealthy. NPP and ndc are 2 different things so nobody should compare the 2 as being one. If John mahama and his Akamba think Tempene SHS are in die need of help what prevents them from helping them? why don't they sent exterminators to spray the school but chose this cheap and backward attitude? Dr Bawumiah in opposition sent desks and chairs to schools in the Northern region who complained they sat on the floor to write where were John mahama and Akamba was the nDC not in power? Thank God, President Rawlings has hailed the civility of Nana Addo, he said Nana Addo is cultured. I thank God my Vice President's mother attended Wesley Girls High School one if the most prestigious schools in Ghana even during those days. When you come from elite and knit homes you are born to be well mannered. John mahama send exterminators to spray the school if you so care and stop your propaganda and backward behaviour,it will not help you ! I want to know where your mother went to school John mahama? You can enlighten us a little bit about your parents and educational background.
