The National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammi Awuku has unmasked the hypocrisy of the Communication’s Officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi with regards to the current administration's inability to pay contractors for work done.
Sammy Gyamfi, in his earlier submission on the Peace FM Morning Show ‘Kokrokoo’, stated that the NPP government has refused to pay contractors.
But Mr. Awuku reacting on the same platform, exposed Sammy Gyamfi saying "if the NDC had cleared off the debt owed contractors, the lot would not have fallen on the NPP to fix the mess."
Stressing, he said "NDC was in power for four years - if they were able to pay half of the money, it would have been easy for us to pay off the arrears".
