One of the Lawyers of Gregory Afoko has denied claims by Kweku Baako Jnr. that his client did not meet the bail conditions of the court.
The Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, per his investigations said during a panel discussion on Wednesday's edition of 'Kokrokoo' that Gregory Afoko who is the prime suspect in the murder of the late Upper East Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Adams Mahama failed to meet his bail condition.
According to him, “relative to the fulfillment of the bail condition, there is a gap and if you have not fulfilled the bail conditions, then what is the noise about?" (Click to read)
However, speaking on the same platform, Thursday, Nana Yaw Osei said his client did everything the court asked to be done and that 'Kweku Baako lied . . . my client met the bail conditions'.

@ Metro TV. That is your propaganda station. The host(Randy) and NDC reps. are on the same agenda. As usual, Edudzi was making noise and attacking Kweku in person and refused to address the issue.
Kwaku Baako has been losing his credibility since NPP came to power. He has decided to throw honesty into the dustbin to defend any fuulish decision coming from government. He was exposed big time on Metro TV today. It is only on Peace FM that he will get unchallenged access to spew his usual lies. He will again be disgraced the more on Saturday's News File; mark it.
You were asked a simple question. Has that asset being used to meet the bail condition been used as collateral to secure a loan? You couldn't answer, and eventually said it doesn't matter if it has even been used as collateral. How can a lawyer make such a basic error? If the asset has been used as collateral it is no longer sole property of the asset owner, a bank can sell that asset to offset any loan default. In the same way you cannot use that same asset as collateral to secure another loan you also cannot use the asset to satisfy a bail condition because technically you don't own that asset until you have paid of the loan. So Mr Lawyer, you better go and do your checks to make sure that asset has not already been used as a collateral.
Then go and sue the people who refused the bail to your client. Otherwise we shall believe what Kwaku Baako said.
