Rapper, D-Black ahead of his much talked about Yes Boss Concert, donated tons of gifts to over 400 children on admission at the Korle bu Teaching Hospital, along with his Black Avenue Muzik team and Operation Happy Child on Boxing Day, December 26.
The donations included stationery, toys, sweets, toiletries, medical aid, shoes and much more. As part of his social responsibility, the rapper plans to assist ailing and underprivileged children in society every year.
He comments: �As long as God gives me life and the energy to continue working I will also help in any way I can. Christmas is a time to be merry and I wanted these kids to also have a �merry Christmas� under the circumstances they found themselves and I�m glad we were able to put a smile on the faces of these children.�
D-Black and his Black Avenue Muzik team also plan to donate to the Children�s ward of the Ridge Hospital this New Year on his birthday, January 12.
