The Founder and Leader of the Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Prophet Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha has revealed that he would do whatever it takes to legally stop the trending "one corner" dance.
The outspoken Prophet said he is heading to court to seek an injunction on the “One Corner” song because the song is destroying lives in the country.
According to him, the song is destroying Ghanaian children and some adults and it has increased promiscuity among the youth of the country.
Speaking to Kofi TV, the Pastor said there is the need to condemn the song before it destroys the country. He added Christianity teaches that if anything bad is going on, you have to speak out about it. So as a Christian, he can’t sit quietly and watch people destroyed.
“The song is destroying people so I am on my way to seek court injunction against it. I am going to seek injunction to completely ban the song and it shouldn’t be played publicly again”.
His described the song as a stupid one. “One corner is a stupid song! Is this how our forefathers did music?"
To him, songs are supposed to inspire people and help change their ways but that has not been the order of the day indicating that current songs rather deteriorate morality in the country.
The Preacher said he would pray the court to prevent any individual from playing the song in any public space.

My dear Pastor Chumchacha, Am glad you have spoken your mind. But Am wondering if you need to exert time and energy to to go to court over a song! why don't you get busy with Jesus' business of winning souls for the Lord. I believe if people get to know and have a personal relationship with Him, they won't listen or dance to the tune of that song. By the way, Ghanaians have not seen anything yet. If you see how most Zambians dance, you will shake your head in disbelief. They will twist and swing the waist, make some gestures, very very bad. But that's how they do it and nobody complains. I know Ghanaians have a different culture. Until quite recently,it was considered inappropriate for women, especially, married women to put on trousers in Ghana. So pastor, let's spread the Good news to the youth, and the Holy Spirit will take over. we are not fighting a physical battle; it's spiritual. we need to use our spiritual weapons. thanks and stay blessed.
I don't know but this one corner thing is something...God have mercy
If he is so powerful than be the prophet Elijah of today and stop the song spiritually. show us your spiritual powers. opportunistic prophets.

He has spoken his mind so speak urs than to attack him, i dont have a problem with the song but rather the type of dance attached to it. it was very bad when i saw some kids performing it at a birthday party. This dance will only help to increase rape since there can be another form of dance to be attached to the song nicely. Some Islamic JHS students have been suspended cos of this same dance, check local news. @punisher, am still reminding u of ur coming at 11.30. hahaha
Hey good people reason up the man is right.
THE SONG WONT STAND THE TEST OF TIME.. LETS LEAVE HIM ALONE.. BY THE WAY KUMCHACHA IS A LEGEND.. I DE FEEL AM PASSS LOL
Hey masa we have tolerated you enough, stop the ***barred word***.
What sort of hypocrisy is this? There are better issues for injunction to be put on than this . I dont see anything wrong with the song. But if someone prefers to express his or her dance in one particular way how does this concern court. Then I guess there are other traditional and cultural dances that are promiscuity too, which also need to be banned as well. Who are you to condemn someone, my brother its better you go to court over injunction over corruption than this ..
Massa commot for there!!! Leave the poor guy alone.
