We have to ask ourselves where we went wrong as a society when our pastors are acting like rock stars more than our rock stars themselves.
Barely a few days after importing a million dollar Rolls Royce, Rev Asanteman Obofour of the Anointed Palace Chapel attended a funeral in Kumasi, and made it rain money.
A video on social media shows Obofour riding in his new ride and spraying cash as he drives slowly along.
He was reportedly at a wedding in Kumasi over the weekend when he carried out the act.
Christianity in Ghana has been turned into a commercial activity which makes money for its practitioners – just like politics- whilst screwing over the ordinary people who are unable to find themselves at the top.
Jesus was infamously against the rich and always preached that they would find difficulty entering heaven, not to mention when he kicked out some degenerates for trying to make money in the church.
Pastors of today make all the money they want whilst their congregations remain poor, and ironically the congregation see nothing wrong with it.
So this state of affairs is going to continue for a long time until people decide to wise up.

I dont understand Peace fm and the people who write for them? Why write a story, or report a story in which you have already given your verdict? Does it concern you? Who asked you to judge? And who told you thats what "our pastors" are doing? You are criticizing somebody but you yourself are not even disciplined in your profession. Report the incidence and allow your readers to do their own judgment Peace FM online !!!
I really pity those "chasing and grabbing" these monies as they never know they are exchanging their souls for these thing they see as money!!!
May the Good Lord open the brains of Anna Liza to be able to discern good from bad. Amen If she is deceiving herself Lord forgive her
DEMONS PARADING AS PASTORS. THIS IS NO PASTOR. CON MAN. ONLY IN AFRICA THAT SOMEONE CAN JUST BE THROWING MONEY AROUND WITHOUT THE STATE ASKING QUESTIONS AS TO THE SOURCE OF THE MONEY
Its obvious money laundering is going on in these churches; churches are the easiest way to launder drug money. There is no way those poor church members can raise the kind of money these guys are spending. I support the previous commentator that the state must investigate the source of money.
Did Jesus provide wine at the wedding at Canan? Yes. Did Jesus feed some 5,000 men when he saw that they were hungry? Yes. So is it wrong for Rev. Obofour to provide money for some hungry people? No! The same way Pharisees criticize Jesus for feeding the people is the same way Rev. Obofour is being criticized today
these people their money is not from the church business, the kind of money they display can never be from church business, instead of the state finding out how they make their money we sit down and behave like church! church! church!
