Star actress Juliet Ibrahim officially announces the launch of her pageant brand – Miss International Africa.
A former pageant queen herself, this project is a natural for her as she poised to continue to make a difference in the lives of young women across Africa. Her choice to affiliate with this international platform was well thought-out as she is aware of many similar projects exist. She decided on a unique brand that will stand out and have a lasting effect. The maiden edition of the pageant is scheduled for March of 2019.
Application forms are currently open for submission on the website – www.missinternationalafrica.com. The pageant is open to women of African descent and between ages 17- 25. More details regarding auditions and selection will be released.
The focus of Miss International Africa is to showcase single women of value, create global opportunity and foster women empowerment. The pageant format will consist of each contestant in an interview competition which is valued at 40% of their total score; evening gown, valued at 20%, fitness wear at 20%, and fun fashion wear at 20%. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice. This platform will become the mission of the winner for the coming year.
Miss Africa International is a franchise brand of Miss International originating from the United States. The International Pageant system has been developed to promote today’s young women and their accomplishments. Around the world women are finding this system to be the opportunity to work with others to become positive role models.
