Floyd “Money” Mayweather has never been discrete when it comes to his winnings.
He continued to live up to that reputation on Sunday, when the 38-year-old went on ESPN’s Sports Center and showed the hosts the multi-million dollar check he won as part of his victory over Manny Pacquiao.
He didn’t showcase it completely for the camera (you don’t take chances like that with a $100 million), but viewers still caught a brief glimpse of the cheque.
Mayweather cemented his genius as the greatest boxer of his generation by outclassing, out-boxing and outpointing Pacquiao to claim a unanimous points decision victory in their most anticipated fight in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
'Money' Mayweather won 118-110, 116-112, 116-112 to unify the WBA, WBC and WBO Welterweight belts.
He improved his unblemished career record to 48-0, 26 KOs.
