Goalkeeper Abdoulaye Soulama has arrived in Ghana to further talks with Asante Kotoko over a new deal.
The 33-year-olds contract with the Ghana Premier League champions has expires thus making him a free agent.
The Burkina Faso international however wants to remain with the Porcupine Warriors.
Talks over a new contract with the club stalled following the resignation of Dr. K.K Sarpong as Executive Chairman.
The goalkeeper has now returned from holidays in his native land with an initial intent of sealing a new deal with Kotoko.
My contract with Kotoko has expired but I had discussions with Dr. Sarpong over a new deal, he disclosed in an exclusive interview.
So now that I am back I look to finalize these talks but essentially I am now a free player.
I can therefore speak to any club of my choice but Kotoko is my team and therefore I will speak to them first.
