Ben Nunoo-Mensah, has resigned as the Chef D� Mission of Ghana for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.
Nunoo-Mensah, who doubles as the Treasurer of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) has also resigned the position as well citing personal reasons.
In a resignation letter chanced upon by the GNA Sports, Nunoo-Mensah said, �I do this with a heavy heart knowing the amount of work, energy and passion, we have put into trying to get Ghana Sports on the right track.
�But I have to take this very sad decision for some very personal reasons�.
Nunoo-Mensah, added �I will be available to assist with any briefs or input that will ensure a smooth transfer of work and also keep Ghana on track with all the deadlines.
�I will also in due course give the GOC Executive Board and the Planning Committee of Glasgow 2014 notes on the working teams activities so far, he concluded.
